Now that we are running fully in Azure, we are looking for capable and engaged Azure Infrastructure Engineers to assist our cloud infrastructure team in continuing to support and grow the platform. Additionally, client is rapidly acquiring other firms in the financial services arena, at least multiple per quarter, further expanding the number of assets we need to either move to or manage in the cloud.\r\nEssential Duties And ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:\r\nAssisting with lifting and shifting into Azure the assets of newly acquired companies\r\nManaging changes to Azure Infrastructure using Terraform, Azure Resource Manager templates, Bicep templates, and Azure Blueprints\r\nProviding deployment assistance and troubleshooting support to Developers working on Azure-hosted projects\r\nAuthoring tenant-wide Azure Policies helping ensure developers are adhering to organizational security and compliance requirements\r\nFormulating Log Analytics queries both for issue troubleshooting and for establishing platform monitoring\r\nKnowledge, Skills, And/Or AbilitiesTo perform this job successfully, the individual should have the following skills and abilities.\r\nExtensive understanding and experience with the following Azure functionality:\r\nApplication Registrations, Users and Groups in Azure Active Directory\r\nAzure File Shares\r\nAzure Monitor\r\nAzure RBAC\r\nAzure Policy\r\nAzure Virtual Desktop Pools\r\nGen 2 Storage Accounts\r\nLog Analytics\r\nManagement Groups, Subscriptions, and Resource Groups\r\nVirtual Machine SKU Classes\r\nFamiliarity with the general concepts and basic administration of:\r\nFTP Servers\r\nInternet Information Server (IIS)\r\nSQL Server 2017\r\nWindows Server 2016 & 2019\r\nEducation And/Or Experience2+ years managing Azure tenants and resources\r\n5+ years working in either a Developer or Systems Administrator capacity\r\nCertifications, Licenses, RegistrationsExam AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals – Highly Desired\r\nExam AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator – Highly Desired\r\nPhysical DemandThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
