Family NP/PA - No Nights, No Weekends, Housing Included

Seeking a full-time NP/PA for outpatient Family Practice/Primary Care in a community setting with all ages and no call. The role involves managing acute and chronic conditions within a Patient Centered Health Home model, serving a primarily Spanish-speaking patient population. The clinic sees about 22-24 patients in 8 hours or 25-27 in a 9-hour shift, supported by MDs, APPs, and MAs. EMR system is eClinicalWorks, and candidates must hold an active CA license and DEA, with BC/BE credentials. The position offers quick credentialing (5-6 weeks) and can start as soon as possible, ideally by June 2025, for 3-4 months with potential extension. Shifts are 4 or 5 days/week, with flexible hours. Housing, travel, and pay are all-inclusive and preset. The role requires comfort managing a range of conditions, minimal office procedures, and preferably Spanish-speaking skills.
