Job Description Location: 903 McKee RD, White Oak, PA 15131Base Salary: $18.50 per hourJob Type: Full-TimeExpected Hours: 40 per weekHours: 8:30am - 5:00pmEmployment Status: Non-ExemptShift and Schedule: Monday - Friday (Daylight hours)Benefits:HealthVisionDentalPaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) Profit Sharing Plans401(k) Retirement Plans with 4% employer contributionPension Plans Job SummaryGrowing Aviation company located in White Oak, PA is seeking a highly efficient Mailroom Associate to join our team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all products we ship to our customers.Duties/Responsibilities:Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.Utilize organizational skills to keep track of parts and shipments.Stocks supplies needed for the mailroom.Processes and weighs outgoing mail.Various administrative duties are performed as wellRequired Skills/Abilities:Proven work experience as a Shipping Clerk or similar roleAbility to lift items and containers. Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Capable of working independently and in a team setting.Education And Experience:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent requiredExperience in a related area preferred.Physical Requirements:Must be able to traverse QAI facility access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.Must be able to lift up to 50+ pounds at a time.Mailroom Associate may need to be on their feet for long hours.Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures.Company DescriptionQAI Aerospace is an FAA and EASA certified station with Class 1, 2, 3, and 4 Instrument, Limited Avionics, and Accessories ratings.
