WORSHIP RESIDENTONE LINE JOB DESCRIPTION: Contribute to the flourishing of worship teams and gatherings at Cornerstone and grow skills and character required for a lifetime of ministry.Direct Supervisor: JACOB BOYDJob Title: WORSHIP RESIDENTThis is a FULL-TIME POSITION - 40 HOURS A WEEKJOB RESPONSIBILITIESAchieve significant character and competency gains as a leader and follower of Jesus during your time on staff-the vision of this growth is to prepare you for church plantingCultivate a heart to shepherd people and make disciples through corporate worshipChampion and own vision and values of Cornerstone WorshipLead worship in a variety of contexts, mainly Youth, Sunday and SaltOther contexts per the direction of supervisorPursue continuing theological education through a Southeastern Seminary Go Certificate unless otherwise discussed by direct supervisorGrow technical/production skill set - aid in production related tasks for worship gatheringsAssist with pillar worship events throughout the year (Easter, Christmas Eve, Conference, Fall Retreat, etc)Participate in Cornerstone All Staff meetings and commitmentsFundraise 1⁄3 of total salaryCORNERSTONE STAFF VALUES & QUALITIESWe want all of our employees at Cornerstone to reflect the cultural values of authentic, ambitious, family.
