The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, confirming customer needs, routing qualified leads, scheduling callbacks, maintaining detailed notes, and supporting customers throughout the onboarding and documentation process.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer callsContact customers to confirm business needsRoute qualified leads to sales consultantsTrack contact attempts and maintain pipeline updatesSchedule customer callbacks and follow-upsMaintain accurate referral notes and documentationSupport underwriting, contract validation, and customer onboardingParticipate in weekly feedback and process improvement sessionsSupport Spanish-speaking customers when requiredRequired Qualifications6+ months of experience in:Customer Service, Financial Services, Contact Center OperationsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and multitasking abilityPreferred SkillsBilingual Spanish (Preferred)Customer support and call handlingPipeline and referral managementSales support experienceDocumentation and follow-up coordinationPay Range: $23 - $26The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
