You’ll use AI, automation, data, and business intelligence to improve processes, reporting, and decision-making.\n\nYou’ll work directly with the CFO and IT Director and have the opportunity to take ideas from initial concept to working solutions.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nBuild practical AI tools, assistants, and automated workflows\nUse AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to solve business problems\nIdentify repetitive processes that can be automated\nBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and business reports\nDevelop data pipelines and integrations using Python and SQL\nConnect business systems such as ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and accounting platforms\nAnalyze data and develop KPIs that support better decision-making\nResearch new AI technologies and recommend practical business applications\nWork with department leaders to understand problems and develop technology solutions\nHelp improve data quality, reporting, and business processes\nSupport the rollout and training of new AI and automation tools\n\nWhat You’ll Need\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field\n0–5 years of experience in AI, data analytics, software development, business intelligence, automation, or data engineering\nStrong Python and SQL skills\nExperience with Power BI\nFamiliarity with APIs and systems integration\nExperience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects and work with both technical and non-technical teams\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with retail, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain\nExperience with ERP/MRP systems\nKnowledge of machine learning or predictive analytics\nExperience building AI agents or automated workflows\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure or Microsoft Fabric\nExperience with Git and modern development practices\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nOpportunity to help shape our company’s AI and technology strategy\nDirect exposure to executive leadership and high-impact projects\nOpportunity to build solutions that make an immediate business impact\nSignificant autonomy and hands-on experience\nEmployee Merchandise Discounts\nSupportive and collaborative work environment\nOpportunity to grow with a strategic and expanding area of business\n\nWhat It’s Like Working Here\n\nWe value teamwork, professionalism, continuous improvement, and practical problem-solving.
