You’ll schedule drivers, support daily transportation needs, and transport participants safely to and from their appointments.\r\nThis position is ideal for someone who is patient, precise, and comfortable working within clear procedures. You’ll be part of a stable, supportive team where accuracy, communication, and quality come first.\r\nHourly Wage:$17.90 /hr. to start - $18.90 /hr. after 90 Days\r\nSchedule:First shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor.\r\n9 Paid Holidays\r\nPTO starting at 3 weeks + 1 day per year (accrued from date of hire for full-time employees)\r\nFree Life and AD&D Insurance Plan\r\nHealth Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts\r\nShort Term Disability Insurance\r\nGroup Voluntary Term Life Insurance for Employee, Spouses, and Dependents\r\nTuition Reimbursement and Paid Training Opportunities\r\nRetirement Plan with company annual match\r\nMileage Reimbursement at annual IRS rate as applicable\r\nDuties and Responsibilities:Prepare and coordinate daily transportation schedules.\r\nDrive participants safely to and from medical appointments and the center.\r\nMaintain accurate participant lists and update scheduling changes as needed.\r\nCommunicate participant needs, appointment updates, and status changes to drivers.\r\nCoordinate outside transportation service providers and log required information into Pacelogic.\r\nUse Tripmaster Scheduling Software for planning and routing.\r\nAssign automated reminder calls for participants and caregivers.\r\nCoordinate appointments and medication or supply deliveries as requested by the clinic.\r\nCommunicate vehicle maintenance needs to the Transportation Supervisor.\r\nSchedule maintenance appointments and submit invoices for tracking and payment.\r\nConduct initial and periodic assessments as required.\r\nParticipate as a member of the multidisciplinary team.\r\nSupport the development of the IDT Plan of Care.\r\nComplete timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.\r\nMonitor driver attendance, review PTO requests with the Center Manager, and ensure accurate payroll submission.\r\nSupervisory Responsibilities:Less than 5 direct reports with the support of the Center Manager.\r\nEveryone’s journey is unique.
