With easy lake access, inviting spaces, and a laid-back lakeside feel, Harbor Town is a place where guests can relax, connect, and enjoy the best of marina life.ResponsibilitiesApply knowledge (of electrical systems, plumbing systems, advanced carpentry, HVAC, etc.) to diagnose systems, approaching mechanical challenges from a logical perspective.Ability to approach mechanical challenges from a logical perspective.Make repairs as assigned while working efficiently with strong attention to detail.Maintain a clean and safe working environment and property.Always maintain all equipment in top condition. Ensure that safety standards are metAbility to follow and/or set preventive maintenance schedules, to prolong the equipment's life.Consistently assess work areas for safety concerns. Raise all concerns to the appropriate individual and follow-up to ensure that all are resolved.Skilled in the proper and safe use of all tools, materials, chemicals, and products relating to the department.Strong verbal and written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to utilize these skills to maintain positive relations with Team Members and Guests.RequirementsMust be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Working inside as well as outdoors in all weather conditions.
