This entry-level role is designed to train future equipment sales professionals through hands-on field experience, jobsite visits, customer meetings, and direct mentorship.What You'll Do:Proactively build new business through outbound sales calls within your territoryCultivate strong relationships with both new and existing customersFollow up on inbound leads from calls, walk-ins, and web inquiries—turning interest into actionSell everything from attachments to new and used forklifts, tractors and construction equipmentGuide customers through product demos and presentationsTackle customer challenges with thoughtful solutions and top-notch serviceAdhere to all safety regulations and complete all required trainingRepresent ASCO with professionalism and pride in everything you doWhat We Are Looking For:Proven sales skills and a customer-first mindsetConfident communicator, whether one-on-one or in front of a groupStrong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skillsExperience or knowledge of forklifts, construction, agricultural or heavy equipment?
