Our employee relationship managers support you throughout your engagement, providing career guidance and reemployment assistance.\n\nOur client is currently seeking a qualified Mobile Device Management Analyst to join their team onsite in Miami, FL and provide end-user support.\n\nThis resource is responsible for the daily operations of the Mobile Device Management platform and related security controls. They will work closely with Security Engineers and Mobile Device Engineers to ensure the controls are optimized and functioning properly. This Analyst will participate in the research and development to enable continuing innovation within the mobile device management infrastructure.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nMonitor and administer the mobile device management suite and ensure operational availability\nPerform initial setup, configuration, troubleshooting of all mobile devices, including tablets and phones for multiple operating systems\nCoordinate with third party vendors for the upgrade/support of all mobile device application and security controls in place in the environment, includes iOS, Android and macOS\nConduct analysis to ensure policies for mobile applications and devices are aligned and comply with approved company procedures\nServe as a second-tier support to the End User Computing divisions in the event of escalations\nParticipate in a 24x7 on call rotation\nPerform other job-related functions as assigned\n\nSkills and Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field; or any equivalent combination of relevant work experience and training\nMinimum 3+ years of experience in the following areas/technologies:\nMobile Device Management\nAdministration and Configuration\nAD / System Administration (Basic understanding of concepts)\nCertificates\nNetwork (Basic understanding of concepts and technologies)\nStrong analytical, interpersonal, verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills\nWork with minimum supervision, proactively follows up on outstanding issues/tickets\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment\nFundamental understanding of network and Internet concepts (e.g., firewalls, load balancers, Web browsers, TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP, etc.)\nKnowledge on distributing enterprise applications for iOS and Android\nExperience implementing Mobile Device Management (MDM) security policies\nExperience troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues on mobile devices\n\nWage Range:\nThe rate for this position is between $30.43 - $40.57 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher.
