The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience building end-to-end web applications with complex data analysis and real-time visualization, is proficient in Python and JavaScript, and has experience with the Databricks ecosystem for automated data ETL. He/she should also be comfortable managing cloud infrastructure, including virtual server setup, firewall rules, and network port management.General Responsibilities:Designing, building, and maintaining web applications for data analysis and real-time visualization.Developing automated ETL pipelines within Databricks.Writing and maintaining code in Python and JavaScript across the front end and back end.Provisioning and securing cloud infrastructure, including virtual servers, firewall rules, and network ports.Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and clients to translate requirements into technical solutions.Minimum Requirements:2-4 years of experience delivering end-to-end web applications.Proficient in Python and JavaScript.Experience with Databricks or a similar platform for automated ETL.Experience managing cloud infrastructure (virtual servers, firewalls, network ports).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.Ability to obtain a security clearance, if required.Nice-to-Haves:Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, Plotly, Tableau).Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) or CI/CD pipelines.Active security clearance.Please note that this an off-site position.MacroSys is a federal contracting company located in the Metropolitan, DC, area.
