development, and delivery of enterprise dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.\nEnsure BI solutions serve as trusted inputs for downstream AI, advanced analytics, BI, and automated decision-making use cases.\nPartner with business stakeholders to prioritize reporting requirements and translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.\nDrive adoption of standardized metrics, KPIs, and self-service analytics capabilities across the organization.\nEstablish and enforce development standards, naming conventions, documentation, and release management processes for BI artifacts.\nMaster Data Governance & Data Quality\n\nOversee North America Master Data governance activities across key domains.\nEnsure data quality standards are defined, monitored, and continuously improved in partnership with business data stewards.\nSupport governance workflows for Master Data creation, change, approval, and retirement.\nDrive data quality remediation efforts, root cause analysis, and KPI tracking to improve accuracy, completeness, and consistency.\nEnsure master and transactional data structures support AI feature engineering, model training, and intelligent automation use cases\nPartner with IT and ERP teams to align Master Data with system and reporting requirements.\nLead efforts to close data and information gaps by partnering with business stakeholders to identify, collect, validate, and enrich missing data attributes.\nERP & Platform Support\n\nSupport ERP transformation and enhancement initiatives (e.g., JDE to SAP S/4HANA migration) by ensuring data readiness, validation, and alignment with enterprise standards.\nCoordinate team involvement in ERP data migration, testing, reconciliation, and go-live activities.\nAlign master data and reporting structures with ERP and Fabric platform evolution.\nCross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement\n\nCollaborate with business leaders across operations, supply chain, finance, sales, and IT to understand evolving data and reporting needs.\nCommunicate technical concepts in business-friendly terms to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.\nDrive continuous improvement in data processes, reporting workflows, and team operating practices.\nSupport change management and adoption of improved data practices across the coordinating cross-functional teams delivering BI, reporting, or data quality solutions.\nStrong understanding of data governance principles, master data management, and data warehousing concepts.\nHands-on experience with Power BI and familiarity with modern analytics platforms.\nWorking knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE, Oracle) and their data structures.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.\nPreferred\n\nAt least 2 years in a people leadership or team lead role.\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse architecture, or medallion architecture patterns.\nExperience supporting ERP transformation or migration projects (e.g., JDE to SAP S/4HANA).\nFamiliarity with data quality tools, MDM platforms (e.g., SAP MDG, Stibo
