This role will provide assistance across recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and record management. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.ResponsibilitiesInclude, but not limited to:Assist with recruiting efforts- screening candidates in the ATS, scheduling interviews and facilitating communications between candidates and hiring managersSupport onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing paperwork and orientationMaintain accurate employee records and proper filing of HR documentationProvide support and coordination of career fairs and recruiting eventsRespond to general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR departmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field is preferredPrior HR experienceStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentialityStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with HR software including applicant tracking systems (ATS)Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipPGAL offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k), and profit sharing.
