Servicing projects Nationwide, and across the Caribbean, EnviroVantage is recognized as a trusted authority for all Government, Commercial & Industrial projects involving proper Hazardous materials handling and Demolition.\r\nEssential Functions\r\nTake ownership of a project upon award and see through to completion\r\nEstablish project objectives, milestones, budgets, and project schedules\r\nProcure supplies and materials to complete a project buy-out\r\nOversee and provide guidance to Foremen/Superintendents to plan, organize and direct activities related to schedule, labor, equipment, materials and disposal on their jobs\r\nMonitor production and project costs to ensure each job is completed on schedule\r\nReview and sign off on daily manpower and progress reports for their jobs\r\nContinually update a 3-week look ahead for all projects\r\nInteract with the customer on a regular basis and be the lead on negotiation for any scope discrepancy or issues on the job site\r\nProactively develop relationships with subcontractors\r\nOversee all change order requests and submit in conjunction w/ estimating and finance\r\nResponsible to ensure project close out package is completed, and job can be billed in full\r\nExperience\r\nMinimum of 5 years working as a Project Manager in the construction and/or environmental remediation fields\r\nExperience managing federal government contracts preferred\r\nValid driver's license and clean driving record required\r\nMust be able to pass a federal government background screen\r\nCertifications\r\nOSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training. If not current, willing to get certificate within 30 days of hire\r\nOSHA 30-Hour Construction Training.
