Bilingual Housekeeping Manager

Were hiring a Bilingual Housekeeping Manager for a hotel property based in Dulles, VA. You will ensure that cleanliness/service standards are achieved, meet productivity standards and provide a desirable workplace for Team Members in a luxurious hotel. You will be responsible for the overall operational efficiency, payroll, development and client satisfaction. Work Schedule: AM and Mid Shifts, will work weekends as needed ResponsibilitiesAssist in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising housekeeping staff Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards Review, approve and submit payroll weekly Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment and ensure that they are properly stored and used Respond to guest complaints and requests promptly, professionally and take appropriate action to resolve issues Assist in the preparation of reports on housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction and make recommendations for improvements as needed Communicate and coordinate department activities Respond to team member requests and complete department tasks / service requests in a timely manner Ensure that all housekeeping staff follow proper safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment when performing their duties Assist in the development and implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures and ensure that they are consistently followed by all staff Provide training, coaching, safety training, and mentoring to housekeeping staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated to perform their duties effectively Plan and execute team member appreciation / retention activities Perform other duties as assigned by the Director What You'll BringBilingual intermediate skills in English/Spanish Authorized to work in the United States Full service hotel experience; required At least 5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in full service or luxury hotels Excellent people skills Leadership and coaching skills Strong communication skills Schedule flexibility to work AM/Mid Shifts and weekends is a must Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Roll up your sleeves mindset Proficient with Hotel Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Apps Who We AreHotelPro is a national leader in hospitality staffing with regional offices across the U.S. Were proud to be a trusted, nationally preferred partner to top hotel management companiesdriven by a legacy of excellence and people-first service.
