As a Construction Manager, you will serve as an integral member of our design/build team. Tower Engineering Professionals offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, paid vacation and holidays, 401k with company match, and a relaxed, fun environment.\nEssential Duties:\nOversee the daily operations of crews to maximize efficiency.\nConduct daily onsite inspections of all field activities\nDevelop and execute efficient construction scheduling of self-perform and subcontracted work.\nCompile, order and manage materials necessary for job completions\nImplement and follow through with job instructions.\nSchedule and manage subcontractors, inspections, punch walks and utility coordination.\nEnsure safety and quality control requirements meet company and OSHA standards at all times\nCompile all site-specific closeout documentation for your work effort.\nCoordinate with customer representative for site related activities.
