This role will provide administrative, operational, scheduling, reporting, and event support to help ensure consistent execution of LDP processes and participant programming. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to follow established procedures while working closely with team members, program participants, and internal stakeholders.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist LDP Program Managers with routine coordination and administrative support for functional LDP programming and related initiatives\nProvide administrative and operational support for the LDP, including recruiting support, MyTime entries, data entry, performance calibration coordination, and curriculum execution\nSupport the planning and execution of LDP in-person events, including orientation, functional trainings, final year class meetings, and alumni events, including:\nAssist with agenda and content preparation\nMaintain event printing schedules and prepare resume books, training materials, and other event resources as needed\nProvide on-site logistical and administrative support for designated events\nSupport program communications and participant outreach using established templates and tools; help prepare and distribute pre and post-event surveys, compile results, and assist with basic data summaries\nSupport the LDP Mentor Program by maintaining program information, assisting with technology updates, tracking mentor and mentee participation, and coordinating communications as directed\nAssist with routine program finance administration, including but not limited to:\nPreparing monthly salary chargeback reports for review\nTracking discrepancies and supporting follow-up with guidance from the LDP management team\nAssisting with Monthly Earnings Weighted Wages (EWW) processing\nPreparing journal entry reclass information for review as needed\nSupport onboarding for new LDP hires by coordinating with Corporate HR Generalists and helping track completion of pre-employment contingencies in accordance with established processes and organization policies\nMaintain LDP program documents, trackers, reports, SharePoint content, and recurring resources to support consistent program execution\nAssist with documenting current processes and identifying opportunities to improve clarity, organization, or efficiency for review by the LDP management team\nUse approved AI tools and technology to support recurring administrative deliverables, with appropriate review and guidance\nAssist in the preparation of presentations and materials for LDP-related meetings\nPerform additional duties and special projects as assigned\nQualifications\nQualifications/Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field required\nPrior internship, co-op, campus leadership, or related experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Recruiting, Program Coordination, or a related field preferred\nExperience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, reporting tools, or Microsoft-based applications is a plus\nMust be able to travel 3 to 4 times each year\nSkills/Competencies\nPlans and prioritizes work to meet commitments and deadlines\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nCommunicates effectively, both verbally and in writing\nAbility to build effective relationships and provide superior customer service\nAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team while supporting multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesSound problem-solving and analytical skills\nInterest in process improvement and operational excellence\nData analysis and reporting skills with the ability to support program decision-making\nBasic AI literacy with appropriate human review and guidance\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies\nAt Textron, we believe that thriving at work starts with balance.\nWe prioritize work-life balance with a generous time-off package and a culture that encourages connection and engagement.
