Applies basic engineering principles to the design and implementation of system modifications, experiments and/or capital projects. Organizes, analyzes and presents interpretation of results for operational issues or engineering projects of minor scope and complexity.\nAttributes:\no Experience in data analysis.\no Optional knowledge of aseptic operation (filling and support).\no Recommended experience in engineering reliability elements and process excellence.\no Recommended experience in maintenance systems and asset management.\nQualifications:\nMaster’s degree OR\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering & 2 years of Engineering.\nExperience working knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech processes.\nFamiliarity with validation processes.\nFamiliarity with documentation in a highly regulated environment.\nAbility to operate specialized laboratory equipment and computers as appropriate.\nAbility to interpret and apply GLPs and GMPs.\nAbility to apply engineering science to production.\nAble to develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.\nDemonstrated skills in the following areas:\nProblem solving and applied engineering.\nBasic technical report writing.\nVerbal communication.\nComprehensive understanding of validation protocol execution requirements.\nDemonstrated Skills in the following areas:\nBasic technical presentations.\nPersonal Organization o Validation Protocol Writing.\nDealing with and managing change.\nTechnical (Equipment Specific).\nAnalytical Problem Solving.\nComputer Literacy.\nAt Validation & Engineering Group, people always come first.
