The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day marketplace operations, ensuring smooth transaction flows, timely onboarding of buyers and providers, and high reliability of operational processes. Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing operational performance metrics, coordinating with product, engineering, and customer support teams, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. The role will involve managing operational documentation, developing standard operating procedures, and supporting compliance and risk management practices related to marketplace activities.
