The team’s mission is to provide clients customized, holistic solutions to unique or challenging situations. The team accomplishes this goal by leveraging versatile interdisciplinary expertise to simplify complex issues and produce integrated perspectives. The team offers a strong analyst program with significant senior banker exposure, robust technical training and diversified industry exposure.Areas of Practice:The Complex Situations M&A Advisory team is an industry and product agnostic Investment Banking groupThe team covers a variety of clients across a number of different industries, including, among others, technology, healthcare, industrials, and energy. The team also frequently partners with Evercore’s Industry Coverage and Product groups to achieve results for a wide array of companiesThe team works throughout the entire “lifecycle” of a transaction, from idea generation to executionThe team works on transactions across M&A, Capital Markets, and Corporate Finance, including (but not limited to):M&A: Spin-offs, Split-offs, Reverse Mergers, Carve-out M&A, Joint Ventures & Partnerships, Multi-stage Transactions & Transformations, and other uncommon M&A transactionsCapital Markets: Equity and Debt Financing, Shareholder Considerations, Arbitrage & TradingCorporate Finance: Capital Structure, Capital Allocation, Valuation OptimizationPreferred Qualifications:Experience:1-2 years of Investment Banking experienceAttributes:Positive and collaborative mindsetAdaptability, intellectual curiosity, and creativityStrong analytical and modeling capabilitiesExceptional written and oral communication skillsExpected Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000In addition to a competitive base salary, employees may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus delivered in the form of cash and/or deferred equity.
