The position will have you talking with people all day and helping our amazing clients with computer related issues such as networking, basic server tasks, Office 365 management, or those ever so frustrating and complicated desktop issues that will require you to think quick and come up with creative and secure solutions. Candidates must be great on the phone and capable of helping to coach junior techs and have conversations wiht our amazing clients.\nWork life balance is cultivated on our team, and we believe in treating our team well!
