In this role you will work closely with bankers and executives to design and execute presentations, charts, infographics, multi-page documents, and more. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days onsite per week (Chicago Loop). The ideal candidate is personable and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.IMPORTANT: This is a non-exempt, full-time (direct hire) opportunity with benefits. Pay is hourly and based on a salary. As this is a full time role, there is no end date.Candidates with ad agency, financial services, real estate, or similar background are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidate has about 2-8 years of professional experience.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and execute PowerPoint pitch books and client presentationsApply and update client templates to presentations with consistency and technical formattingCreate company branded and client charts, graphs, tables, icons and other infographicsCreate fully functional client-branded PowerPoint templatesImplementation of design principles; such as layout, alignment, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to create visually appealing and effective presentationsPerform photo re-touching and photo manipulationPerform Logo creation, recreation or vectorizationDesign or recreate highly detailed and complex mapsDesign print collateral (invitations, signage, and banners)Format Word, Excel and PowerPoint documentsOther similar presentation design or document formatting requestsREQUIREMENTS2+ years of experience as a Presentation Designer or similar capacity designing and editing documents, spreadsheets and presentationsExpert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel (non-technical), and Adobe Acrobat ProAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and IllustratorStrong knowledge and experience designing infographics, charts, tables and graphsAbility to work independently on a project or collaboratively as a team player and able to integrate with a diverse team with varying opinions and ideasAbility to take ideas and think creatively to make professional, aesthetically pleasing layouts while maintaining company identity standardsAbility to work with a job ticketing system, work well under pressure and make quick sound decisionsProfessional written and verbal communications skillsFlexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within tight deadlinesResearch skills - know the places to look and manage time spent efficientlyStrong aptitude to acclimatize and learn quickly#LI-JM5Client DescriptionFinancial ServicesOther RequirementsMUST be able to work onsite 2x per week in Chicago Loop.
