At DiLandro Andrews, our structural engineers bring high-end residential visions to life, ensuring the integrity and longevity of luxury homes throughout the Tri-State area and the Hamptons. Elevating the project experience, we collaborate closely with architects and builders to seamlessly integrate innovative engineering solutions into stunning, one-of-a-kind residences.\n\nPrepare permit sets, construction drawings, and designs of residential and commercial building structures.\n\nReview rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other data received from architects, designers, and engineers.\n\nUse current industry software tools to perform structural analysis and design.\n\nVisit site and/or client offices as required by the project.\n\nWork with assigned task scope and budget, coordinate with client and team to develop effective and efficient solutions.\n\nProvide construction administration services and field engineering services as required.\n\nExpected to perform job duties independently with some direction from lead engineer.\n\nExemplify firms core values of Excellence, Integrity, and Collaboration.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nBS/BE Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering required.\n\n1-2 years of post-graduate Structural Engineering design experience required.\n\nWorking knowledge of current industry software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Ram Structural Systems, and Enercalc.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nConstruction and leadership experience preferred.\n\nStrong team player who can work on several projects simultaneously.\n\nFor required site visits, the ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs, and enter confined spaces.\n\nBenefits Offered\n\nPerformance Based Compensation (PBC) Plan: In addition to annual discretionary bonus, provides opportunity for increased compensation based on value of work completed.\n\nWork from home friendly - opportunity to earn regularly scheduled work from home day.\n\n401K Plan: Company matches up to 4% of annual salary.\n\n15 PTO days in the first year of employment.\n\nKitchen fully stocked with breakfast foods, snacks, and drinks.
