We provide the resources and support needed to help qualified individuals develop their knowledge and skills including:\n\n-Structured training and educational classes\n\n-Licensing guidance and support for individuals interested in obtaining required insurance license\n\n-One on one mentorship\n\n-Ongoing coaching and professional development\n\n-Access to professional office environment\n\n-Supportive team environment with experienced professionals\n\nWho we are looking for\n\n-Motivated and goal orientated\n\n-Professional and comfortable communicating with others\n\n-Willing to learn and develop new skills\n\n-Interested in financial education and helping others\n\n-Comfortable in commission based environment\n\n-Committed to personal and professional growth\n\nPrevious experience in sales, customer service, finance, insurance, entrepreneurship, or business development can be helpful but is NOT required\n\nLicensing\n\nIndividuals who wish to sell insurance products must obtain the appropriate state required license.
