Direct Support Professional-Female

Creed Medical is seeking compassionate and responsible Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will assist clients with daily living activities, foster independence, and promote inclusion within their communities. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve through personalized care and meaningful engagement.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care tasks including hygiene, meal preparation, and medication remindersImplement individualized support plans and document progress accuratelyFacilitate social, recreational, and community participation activitiesProvide emotional support and develop trusting relationships with clientsMaintain a clean, safe, and supportive environmentCommunicate effectively with the care team, families, and other stakeholdersRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in caregiving or direct support is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekendsValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredCPR and First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain shortly after hiringBenefitsFlexible Schedule.Pay rate $18- $20 per hour
