Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP)

Community-Minded Enterprises (CME) is seeking a compassionate, skilled Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) to support individuals on their recovery journey. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a variable schedule (typically 30–40 hours per week) based on client needs.If you are driven to make a meaningful impact through clinical care, collaboration, and person-centered support, this role offers the opportunity to do just that.What You’ll DoProvide individual counseling and case management to assigned patientsDevelop, implement, and update treatment plans and recovery goalsMaintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state and agency standardsFacilitate or co-facilitate therapy and psychoeducational groupsCoordinate care with internal teams and external partners to ensure continuity of servicesParticipate in Treatment Team meetings, contributing to clinical decisions and patient progress reviewsUphold HIPAA standards and maintain strict patient confidentialitySupport a positive, recovery-oriented environment grounded in professionalism and respectEngage in ongoing clinical consultation, supervision, and professional developmentContribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance policies, procedures, and patient care practicesWhat You BringCurrent SUDP license through the Washington State Department of HealthAssociate degree in Addiction Studies or related field (or higher)2+ years of experience in substance use treatment or social servicesStrong understanding of the recovery process and ability to support diverse populationsExperience working both independently and in team-based care environmentsClear, professional communication skills and attention to clinical documentation standardsAbility to maintain professional boundaries and navigate complex client situationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in electronic health record systemsValid driver’s license, insurance, and ability to pass required background checksWhy Join Us?Make an Impact: Your work will drive real change in communities across the state.Collaborate with Passionate People: Join a team of dedicated individuals committed to our mission.Grow Your Career: Enjoy opportunities for professional development and growth.Competitive Pay and Benefits: Enjoy competitive pay ($26.50 to $35.61 per hour).
