Neurologist - Travel Position
Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified Neurologist to join our team in performing Compensation and Pension (C&P) exams for U.S. military veterans. This opportunity allows you to travel across the United States while evaluating veterans with neurological conditions to determine disability benefits. You'll assess conditions such as Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) , Multiple Sclerosis (MS) , seizure disorders , stroke , and other neurological disorders.Key Responsibilities Perform C&P exams for veterans with neurological conditions, including headaches, TBI, seizure disorders, multiple sclerosis, stroke, Parkinson's disease, and more.Conduct thorough neurological evaluations, review medical history, and perform physical exams assessing cognitive function, motor skills, reflexes, and related areas.Order and interpret diagnostic tests (MRI, CT, EEGs, nerve conduction studies) to assess underlying neurological issues.Provide detailed medical reports outlining the severity of the neurological condition, its impact on daily life, and whether it is connected to military service.Travel to various locations across the U.S. to conduct multiple exams in different regions.Qualifications Board-certified neurologist with an active, unrestricted medical license in the U.S.Experience in performing neurological exams, diagnosing conditions, and providing comprehensive medical assessments.Strong understanding of C&P exam procedures and VA disability guidelines (preferred but not required).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear and concise medical reports.Compassionate and professional demeanor when working with veterans.Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States to perform exams in different regions.What We Offer Competitive compensation, with travel expenses paid directly by MRG Exams (flights, hotels, and rental cars).Flexible schedule allowing you to work PRN—ideal for those seeking professional fulfillment and travel flexibility.Opportunity to make a meaningful difference by providing critical evaluations for veterans' disability benefits.Travel across the U.S. with opportunities to explore new locations and enjoy travel flexibility.Supportive administrative team handling logistics, scheduling, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth operations.Employment type Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
