Coordinate with General Manager and other facilities to achieve quality targets, volume expectations, and delivery requirements.Lead Operations: Manage customer service, production, quality, shipping, scheduling, and maintenance departments. Develop short- and long-term plans to achieve low-cost producer status.Build Teams: Develop effective organizational structure that maximizes performance and drives superior customer and employee satisfaction. Manage plant assets aligned with strategic plans.Ensure Safety: Maintain a safe work environment.
