Designated Program Lead

Job Summary Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with disabilities? We are seeking a dedicated Designated Program lead for our Adult Foster Care setting, licensed under 245D. This is a rewarding full-time position where you can lead a compassionate team and support our residents in a nurturing environment. Under the direction of the Designated Coordinator, Program Director or Administrator, the Designated Program Lead is responsible for the supervision of all activities, documentation, and services performed within the program, including the supervision of all Direct Support staff. Job Details Location: Duluth, MN Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm 4-days-on, 4-days-off rotation. Floating as needed during regularly scheduled 2:00pm–10:00pm shift. Any floating outside these hours will be compensated additionally. Includes participation in on-call consultations.
