If you love sweet smells, warm cobblers, and great customer service, this is the perfect place for you.Positions Available: pay is negotiable Assists Manager/Team leaders Team MemberResponsibilities:Greet customers with a smile and create a welcoming experienceTake accurate orders using our POS systemAnswer questions about our desserts and provide product recommendationsHandle cash, card, and mobile payments responsiblyKeep the front counter and guest areas clean and invitingOversee staff productivitySchedulingMake sure store is properly running with maintaining all supplies are updated Ideal Candidate:Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focusedAble to multitask and stay organized during busy timesPrevious cashier or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)Pervious management experience preferred Baker / Dessert Prep Team MemberResponsibilities:Prepare and bake cobblers, cookies, and other desserts according to company recipesFollow food safety and cleanliness standardsMaintain kitchen organization and restock ingredients as neededWork closely with team members to fulfill orders quickly and accuratelyPreferred qualifications:Available to work: weekendsReliable transportation to and from work
