This includes overseeing Apex team members, subcontractors, vendors/suppliers, inspectors, and other stakeholders. The Field Project Manager ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality expectations, while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and clients.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nContribute to project planning, including setting objectives, performance expectations, and timelines\r\nCoordinate optimal use of labor, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency\r\nMaintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environment\r\nEnsure timely delivery and availability of all necessary materials and equipment on site\r\nEnforce all company and OSHA safety standards among on-site stakeholders\r\nLead successful execution of construction rollouts\r\nOversee project closeout procedures and ensure proper documentation is completed\r\nTrack daily progress against the established project plan and provide regular updates\r\nConduct and manage pre-construction/installation meetings\r\nImplement and oversee construction/installation guidelines throughout the project lifecycle\r\nAddress and resolve issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner\r\nReview and refine quality processes to ensure client satisfaction\r\nCollaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to drive productivity and profitability\r\nMonitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables\r\nSupport change management processes related to scope adjustments\r\nIdentify potential disputes or claims related to project design or execution and mitigate risk\r\nEnsure compliance with all required permits and regulatory guidelines\r\nTravel Requirements\r\nThis is a travel-intensive role. Field Project Managers are expected to travel frequently to project sites across the region, often on short notice.
