Installation & Deployment (Visit 1)*\r\nWhat Engineer Will Do:\r\n• Perform site assessment (check existing switches & UPS setup)\r\n• Take photos and note current connections\r\n• Remove old hardware (switches & UPS)\r\n• Install new switches & UPS in rack\r\n• Perform cabling, labeling, and cleanup\r\n• Power ON devices and check basic status (LEDs, power)\r\n• Submit installation checklist + photos\r\nSkills Required:\r\n• Rack & Stack (hands-on installation)\r\n• Cabling & labeling experience\r\n• Basic knowledge of network switches\r\n• UPS installation & power handling\r\n• Ability to work independently onsite\r\n*PART 2: Cutover & Validation (Visit 2)*\r\nWhat Engineer Will Do:\r\n• Support network cutover with remote team\r\n• Assist in basic troubleshooting if any issue occurs\r\n• Ensure all devices are working properly after cutover\r\n• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support\r\n• Remove & pack old hardware (decommissioning)\r\n• Take final photos and submit:\r\n• Cutover report\r\n• UAT confirmation\r\n• Decommissioning details\r\nSkills Required:\r\n• Basic networking knowledge (switches, ports, connectivity) xywuqvp\r\n• Ability to coordinate with remote engineers\r\n• Troubleshooting mindset\r\n• Good documentation & reporting skills\r\n*Final Resource Requirement (Summary)*\r\nWe need ONE Engineer with ALL below skills:\r\n• Smart Hands / Field Engineer\r\n• Basic Network Support (L1/L2 level)\r\n• UPS / Power handling experience\r\n• Strong in cabling & rack work\r\n• Able to manage both visits
