Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Step into a rewarding role supporting infants and toddlers through an Early Intervention program serving children from birth to age three. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital part in empowering families and young children to reach important developmental milestones.In this contract opportunity, you'll work one day a week conducting evaluations for up to three children per day. Services are primarily delivered in the child's natural environment — their home, in community childcare settings, or in our Early Intervention site upon family request. Your expertise will directly support both children and their caregivers, fostering an engaging and helpful environment for learning and growth.Qualifications and Experience:Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in pediatric or early childhood settings, ideally within schools or Early Intervention programsKnowledge of best practices in early intervention and the ability to adapt services to a child's daily environmentComfortable providing direct physical therapy in homes, childcare facilities, and occasionally at program locationsStrong skills in developing educational goals and recommendations for children's progressExperience with goal writing and routine data collection on student outcomesAbility to bill Medicaid for provided therapy services is preferredExcellent communication, collaboration, and record-keeping abilitiesCompassionate, flexible, and attentive to the needs of young children and their familiesResponsibilities:Conduct developmental and mobility assessments for infants and toddlersDeliver therapeutic services directly to students and support parents/caregivers with interventionsCollaborate with Early Intervention team members and families to set meaningful goalsMaintain accurate data on progress and document therapy sessionsAdapt session settings based on individual needs and family preferencesIf you are passionate about making an early and lifelong positive impact in children's lives and value a flexible, focused role, apply today to contribute your skills to this essential Early Intervention team!#p11
