We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team of professionals in support of the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) Warehouse Support Services (WSS) Program.\nEssential Duties & Job Functions:\nServe as the primary Government / contractor interface for all aspects of services and deliverables required under the contract.\nEnsure all contract deliverables, reports, and required submissions are completed accurately and on time in accordance with the deliverable schedule.\nExercise authority to act and make decisions on behalf of the contractor regarding personnel, operational issues, and contract performance.\nSupervise contract personnel, including time and attendance, appraisals, counseling, retraining, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans.\nMaintain accountability for the performance of all contractor personnel, teaming partners, and subcontractors.\nMaintain an organizational roster and chart, including monthly updates and immediate reporting of personnel changes and terminations.\nEnsure all personnel are properly trained, licensed, and certified to perform assigned duties, including MHE licensing and OSHA compliance requirements.\nMaintain training records and provide certification documentation to the COR / ACOR as required.\nCoordinate and facilitate monthly COR meetings, including agenda preparation, supporting reports, progress updates, meeting documentation, and corrective action plans when required.\nProvide daily time and attendance reporting for all contract personnel, including start/end times, leave, absences, late arrivals, and early departures.\nCoordinate and report all safety incidents, accidents, property damage, and mishaps, including required investigation reports and corrective actions.\nEnsure compliance with all applicable fire, safety, security, OSHA, and command regulations.\nOversee contract billing support, invoice package reviews, procurement support documentation, and monthly summary reporting.\nMaintain mishap statistics and annual safety reporting requirements.\nDevelop, implement, and enforce a written safety and occupational operations plan.\nPerform related duties as assigned.\nJob Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)\nExperience\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience in project management on a multi-functional project, contract management, and personnel management.\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience supervising at least 20 personnel performing similar or related work.\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience in supply chain management, warehouse operations, receiving, inventory management, and warehousing environments.\nKnowledge of warehouse storage management plans and accepted warehousing methods.\nKnowledge of supply functions, operations, program requirements, and work methods.\nKnowledge of warehousing procedures, material handling techniques, receiving, issuing, and preservation activities.\nExperience utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS).\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be able to work on-site during normal business hours and be reachable after hours as required.\nMust be able to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, personnel issues, and Government reporting requirements.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nClearance\nMust be a United States Citizen\nMust be able to pass a background investigation (minimumT-1/NACI)\nAs a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local
