We are currently seeking a Project Engineer for our Minster facility. In this role, you will be part of the plant engineering team and be responsible for supporting strategic, operational, and policy-related aspects of the plant, with a focus on safety, quality, performance, management, and organizational objectives. You will be responsible for multiple capital projects within the plant, overseeing technical execution, timeline management, and financial oversight for each project.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nProject execution of current (Processing, Packaging, Building and Utility) projects\n\nWork with Engineering Manager to align on project priorities\n\nWork with CAPEX analyst to manage the capital forecast and budget for each project\n\nCreate, design and evaluate initial call for tender documents with the Engineering Manager\n\nWork with Regional Engineering teams during bidding processes and technical alignment\n\nWork with the CAPEX procurement team to align on priorities and contract negotiations\n\nTravel required occasionally for training or plant projects.\n\nAbout You\nJob Qualifications:\n\nExperience and working knowledge in:\n\nIntegrated automation and controls technology\n\nHigh speed packaging systems design\n\nDairy process engineering and PMO, 3A standards\n\nManufacturing plant utility systems\n\nMust be organized and self-disciplined to accommodate the management of concurrent projects\n\nExcellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nAbility to work flexible hours, including weekend or late shifts, during installation/startup periods\n\nExperience and Education Requirement:\n\nBachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Science or relevant degree from an accredited College or University\n\nCandidates without a completed bachelors degree will be considered if they have a minimum 5 years of experience managing capital projects or managing maintenance and reliability in a food manufacturing site.\n\n3 to 5 years of experience\n\n3 years of relevant Engineering experience required, preferably in CPG beverage/food manufacturing\n\nBenefits\n\nPhysical Wellbeing: We pay for the majority of your medical benefits – which include medical, dental and vision – with our competitive 80%/20% cost sharing model.\n\nMental Wellbeing: Danoners receive fitness discounts, unlimited flexible time off and hybrid work schedules.
