Regional Environmental Manager

Krazan & Associates, Inc. is a full-service engineering firm with offices across the Western United States. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Environmental Manager to lead our Environmental operations in California.This role is responsible for managing regional environmental services, overseeing staff and supporting business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership experience and a solid understanding of environmental site assessment and remediation within AEC industry.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage regional operations of the environmental department in CaliforniaSupervise geologists and environmental scientists conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental site assessmentsOversee site reconnaissance, historical research, regulatory database reviews, interviews and report preparationManage departmental financial performance, including budgeting, invoicing and proposal developmentParticipate in third-party reviews, technical reporting and overall department operationsQualifications:Education: BS in Geology, Environmental Science or EngineeringExperience: minimum 10 years of relevant environmental experienceSkills: Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.Experience with the following:o Phase I and Phase II environmental investigationso Environmental remediation and cleanupValid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving recordBenefits & Perks: Comprehensive Benefits – Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance401(k) Profit sharingPaid vacation and holidaysFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Career development & mentorship opportunitiesKrazan promotes a drug/alcohol-free work environment and requires mandatory pre-employment drug testing.
