Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities & Duties:Intake of customer orders via email or phoneDaily inventorying of all plants in territoryDaily communication and coordination with Sales staffCoordination of all deliveries to customer sitesDaily communication with trucking companies in territoryDevelop and build relationships with existing and new trucking companiesRequest and record freight rates for customer deliveriesLoad setup and coordination in logistics systems (Salesforce, Transwide, SAP)Movements of materials to secondary processorsCoordination and movement of materials into and out of Mintek storage facilitiesSample management and data entryJob Qualifications:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperienced in Microsoft OfficeGood planning and organizational skillsTeam player, good intrapersonal skillsAbility to multi-task with several simultaneous accounts/ordersSelf-motivated, proactive and task orientedPrevious experience in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment is preferredPrevious experience with logistics, trucking, order fulfillment or other similar industries are preferredPrevious experience in Salesforce is preferredBachelor's Degree preferredREADY TO JOIN A ROCK-SOLID FAMILY?Carmeuse started out as a small family-run business in Belgium.Today it's a leading global producer of lime, high calcium limestone and dolomitic stone.
