Our experience, technical expertise, and diverse projects in the wireless realm have allowed C Squared Systems to continually evolve as new technologies are developed and the demands of our customers change.\n\nController\nLocation: Auburn, NH\nLevel: Experienced/Manager\n\nDescription:\nThe Controller is responsible for the company's financial plans and policies, accounting practices and the maintenance of all fiscal records. This position oversees the timely monthly close of the General Ledger, consolidation and reporting of financial results, and the development of and compliance to internal controls. This position includes responsibility for the day to day management of the accounting staff.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nEnsures accurate and timely financials are in compliance with GAAP standards\nResponsible for establishing and ensuring compliance of internal controls in accordance with best practices and anti fraud standards\nDevelops, implements and maintains the monthly closing calendar\nOversees monthly financial statements and closing package\nCoordinates and prepares the annual budget and financial forecasts\nPerforms monthly financial reviews and documents significant variances from budget and forecast\nIdentifies anomalies, over spending and/or areas of potential savings efficiency that can be obtained or achieved to enhance company profits\nEnsures financial accounts are properly supported and reconciled\nCoordinates with external accountants for the annual review of financial statements and timely submission of all data for tax filings\nEnsures compliance with all federal, state, and local corporate, payroll, and other applicable taxes and regulations\nOversees all accounting functions including AR, AP, Payroll and GL. Prepares or oversees timely reconciliations of cash and functioning loan activities through the accounting records.\nDirects the daily activities and the career development of team members including staff performance reviews in accordance with the company’s annual review process\nOversees the preparation of all sales and use tax filings.
