The PM serves as the focal point for the PHSFS BOS contract, with full operational autonomy for contract execution and provides decisive leadership to direct efforts, assess performance, and take needed actions. Additionally, the PM conducts Quality Control functions for PHSFS and performs quality inspections in Civil Engineering and Security sections. Must be on-site and be available for Government for phone calls.
