Senior Field Application Engineer

It is currently in a rapid growth phase globally, with a strong focus on expanding its presence in the U.S.The RoleJoin the company at a high-growth stage as a key technical driver for our US expansion. You will combine deep power electronics expertise with a proactive sales mindset to secure design wins and scale our West Coast presence.ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management:Build strong relationships with customer engineering teams and serve as the primary technical interface.Design-Win Execution:Drive power IC design-in activities, including DC/DC converters, PMICs, and power modules.Support customers in schematic, PCB layout, debugging, and system integration to secure design wins.Technical Support & Debug:Provide hands-on support in power supply design challenges, including stability, efficiency, thermal, and EMI/EMC issues.Market Development:Partner with Sales to expand into new markets and grow key accounts across the West Coast.Product & Application Feedback:Work closely with internal product teams to influence roadmap and NPI based on customer needs in power applications.Technical Sales Support:Develop reference designs, application notes, and power architecture proposals to support customer adoptionRequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Power Expertise:Strong understanding of DC/DC converters, PMICs, or voltage regulator designExperience with power supply design, debugging, or validationFamiliarity with loop stability, compensation, efficiency optimization, and power architectureHands-on experience with oscilloscope, power testing, and lab debuggingExperience:Background as FAE, Applications Engineer, or Power Engineer in semiconductor or power electronics industryExperience supporting customers in design-in / technical problem solvingCommunication:Strong communication skills with ability to interface with both engineering and business stakeholders.Language:Bilingual in English and Mandarin.Location/Travel:Based in Bay Area, open to travel.Mindset:Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.Industry Network (Plus):Existing relationships with key Bay Area customers is highly preferred.Why Join UsHighimpact role in US market expansionCompetitive compensation and growth opportunity
