This position will assist all levels of staff on a project.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO:\n\nPerforms administrative functions such as filing; correspondence log maintenance; processing incoming and outgoing correspondence and transmittals into the hard file and electronic database system; record and store photographs; schedule meetings.\n\nManage documentation, compliance reporting and all filing system developments.\n\nAssists in preparation of reports and Power Point presentations; development and updating of project administrative procedures and in maintenance of project manuals and library.\n\nTracks and manages the resolution of RFI's, submittals, and change orders.\n\nReviews, logs, and acts upon incoming and outgoing documents associated with project.\n\nInput daily project information into the computer system.\n\nWorks with Construction Management Team to prepare and submit monthly reports.\n\nArchives all project records and maintains record keeping of such documents.\n\nThe duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position's role within the business unit.\n\nWHAT YOU BRING TO US:\n\nAssociate degree in Business Management or related discipline\n\nMinimum 1-year previous document control experience, preferably in a construction environment\n\nCan be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience\n\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL\n\nComputer, filing, and 10-key skills required\n\nAttention to detail is necessary; strong analytical skills favored\n\nRemarkable level of discretion and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential matters and documentation\n\nProficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred\n\nPrioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary\n\nWork under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude\n\nOral and written communication skills as required for the position\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive and an effective team player\n\nInteract effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others\n\nTRAVEL:\n\n0%\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS:\n\nGeneral work environment - sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending.
