Title: Superintendent/ Senior SuperintendentBase Salary: $110K - $165KBenefits: Strong healthcare, Bonus Structure & Per DiemWe're working with a market leader in Commercial & Industrial Construction hiring for Superintendents to strengthen their field operations in North Carolina (across their multiple offices). The candidate should be comfortable leading projects over $15M and show ambition to progress within the company. This GC is growing and aims in the next five years to be one of the key players in the region so is looking for superintendents that want to help them achieve that growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSite management, including organization, scheduling, and supervision of daily construction activitiesCoordinate effectively with stakeholders and contractorsManage and monitor project schedulesQuality controlSupervise construction materials and equipment managementUphold construction safety proceduresMaintain documentation, reports, and project recordsDemonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills to respond to challengesKey Role Requirements5+ years’ experience as a superintendent or in related roles in the construction industryExperience across leading mid-sized Commercial/Industrial Projects up to $20MProficient in management softwareStrong leadership and collaboration skillsExcellent communication, decision-making, and organizational abilities
