This role serves as a hands-on technical leader, responsible for guiding development efforts, ensuring best practices, and delivering scalable, high-quality ServiceNow capabilities.Unlike an Architect, this role is execution-focused, with responsibility for solution implementation, team guidance, and technical quality, rather than enterprise-wide architecture ownership.RequirementsLead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or custom applicationsTranslate business and functional requirements into technical solutions and platform configurationsServe as a technical lead for development teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and code reviewsDevelop and customize ServiceNow applications using: Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automation workflowsSupport integration efforts with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party toolsEnsure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governanceParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinementTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the platformCollaborate with architects and stakeholders to align solutions with overall platform strategySupport testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, and deployment validationContribute to documentation, including technical design documents and implementation guidesRequired Qualifications5–8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementationStrong hands-on experience with: JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, Core ServiceNow modules, (ITSM required;
