You’ll also help families feel supported and empowered—because at Core Bloom, we’re here for the journey.\nWhat You’ll Do\nImplement individualized ABA programs as designed and supervised by a BCBA.\nSupport children in developing communication, social, and adaptive living skills.\nAssist with transitions, routines, and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence.\nCollect accurate, detailed data on client progress and share insights with your supervising BCBA.\nUse proactive behavior management strategies and reinforcement techniques to promote learning.\nCollaborate closely with families, caregivers, and team members to create a positive and consistent learning environment.\nParticipate in ongoing training and supervision to ensure quality care and professional growth.\nBasic Qualifications\nExperience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.\nStrong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach.\nAbility to follow detailed treatment plans and collect behavioral data accurately.\nReliable transportation to client homes, schools, and community settings.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCurrent Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain).\nCoursework or background in psychology, education, child development, or related fields.\nExperience in ABA, early intervention, or special education settings.\nBilingual is a plus\nWhy You’ll Love Working With Us\nAt Core Bloom Behavioral, we’re rooted in compassion and committed to growth—for our clients and our team.
