Through ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of production and quality records, your participation in the production team will contribute to the overall success of MDS operations. You will work closely with the other MDS team members to maintain high standards, achieve MDS key performance objectives while modelling MDS core values.\nDuties:\nReview and Close Production Orders: Ensure all production orders are accurately completed and closed in the system.\nQuality Documentation Review: Audit inspection reports, test results, and other quality-related documents for completeness and compliance.\nData Accuracy and Compliance: Identify discrepancies or missing information and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.\nDocument Control Support: Assist in organizing, updating, and retrieving controlled documents.\nMaintain Manufacturing Documentation: Verify and archive production and quality records.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to ensure smooth documentation flow.\nContinuous improvement: Support both product and process improvement to achieve MDS performance objectives.\nRequirements:\nHigh School Diploma or GED certificate or technical certification (preferred).\n2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance environment.\nUnderstanding of production workflows and quality documentation.\nProficient in MS office.\nKnowledge of an ERP system is beneficial.\nMust have a high attention to detail.\nMust be able to work in a team environment\nRequires the ability to read and interpret technical product related information such as detailed engineering drawings (inc.
