Global Brand Marketing ManagerOur client is a global leader in supplying safety products that service healthcare, hospitality and food solutions. They are seeking a Global Brand Marketing Manager for creating and implementing brand plans and strategies to drive growth and global brand engagement. Utilize market insights to develop successful marketing programs and campaigns that achieve brand awareness and profitability goals.Role reports to an office (M-F).Responsibilities:Develop and implement global brand strategy to promote awareness and growthCreate brand plans, campaigns and programs to meet/exceed revenue objectivesExecute global marketing campaigns to expand reach and support business objectivesMaintain knowledge of market competitors and utilize knowledge to create go-to-market and brand strategiesManage development and implementation of marketing programs that drive engagement and brand appealMonitor and analyze brand performance, campaign ROIs and sales dataEnsure brand storytelling consistency and creativity; manage projects and product launchesProduce marketing communications and sales tools for internal and external useCommunicate brand performance and identity opportunities in collaboration with other depts.Manage vendor relationships and oversee production of marketing materials and promotional itemsRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in MarketingMin. 5+ years of experience in global branding and/or marketing, preferably within healthcare, hospitality, or food services industriesGlobal/international and U.S. marketing experience requiredExperience creating brand plans, marketing programs and managing product launchesExcellent Communication (verbal and written) and Project Management skillsAbility to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)Familiarity with basic marketing analytics and reportingOffering: Base Salary $90,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)Full Benefits Package, 401KPTODirect Sales Recruiting, LLC, (DSR) and DirectHR are National Recruitment organizations partnering with National, Regional and Local Clients to bring qualified candidates a career and a future.
