Portfolio Analyst
An established full-service wealth management firm with over $1B in AUM seeks a client-facing Analyst to support the construction and ongoing management of client portfolios and financial plans. This role reports to the Branch Manager and requires three days in the office per week. The position offers growth opportunities, including the potential to take on direct portfolio management responsibilities and advance to a lead role in individual client relationships.Responsibilities:Cultivate and strengthen client relationships, serving as a key point of contactProvide top-tier service to high-net-worth clients and foundations, aiding in their financial objectivesFocus on security analysis, trading, client communication, and maintaining client relationshipsMonitor client financial situations meticulously, handling portfolio transactions and inquiriesDevelop and implement tailored financial plans, conducting complex research and analysisSupport existing clients through portfolio management and personalized service modelsMaintain and update client databases and financial plansConduct research using various financial software toolsPrepare detailed portfolio reviews and client presentationsStay updated on tax regulations and industry trendsAssess client risk tolerance and develop risk minimization strategiesEnsure compliance with FINRA/SEC regulations and firm policiesCommunicate directly with clients to address account requests and concernsMaintain and organize client files, CRM Redtail notes, and documentationComplete data entry for MoneyGuidePro plansTake initiative in career growth by enrolling in Google Classroom courses and provided development opportunitiesUtilize DocuSign and DocuPace for form signature, distribution, and documentationOrganize client files and documentation, maintaining accurate recordsCollaborate with Marketing on financial professional strategiesAssist with administrative tasks and support team moraleRequirements:Bachelor's degree preferably in business or finance3+ years of experience in Financial ServicesSeries 7 and 63, 65 or 66 licensesPreferred: CFA, CFP Designation (reimbursement program eligible), or desire to enroll in certificationDesired experience with Advent (strong plus), Addepar, Redtail, RBC, and MoneyGuideProProficiency in financial planning, portfolio management, and fiduciary investing conceptsExperience with financial planning software and Microsoft Office/G SuiteStrong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skillsAbility to work independently/collaboratively, inquisitive, and internally motivated
