And the next chapter is underway.\n\nThe Electrical Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily crew-level electrical installation activities on-site. This role works under the direction of the General Foreman or Electrical Superintendent and helps ensure that tasks are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. The Foreman plays a hands-on role in supervising crews, coordinating materials, and reporting field progress.\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\n\nDirect supervision of a crew of 4–15 electricians, apprentices, operators and laborers depending on project size and phase.
