The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on engineering judgment, is comfortable operating in a dynamic project environment, and can grow with the program as VIPER transitions from current vehicle activities into expanded operational readiness and mission execution support.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupport vehicle test and transportation activities associated with transition out of storage, post-storage checkout, compatibility testing, shipment preparation, delivery, and integrated test campaigns.\nCoordinate with engineering, integration and test, operations, logistics, quality, safety, and project stakeholders to plan and execute assigned work.\nDevelop, update, and maintain engineering products such as work packages, procedures, test plans, readiness documentation, status products, and closeout materials.\nHelp identify, track, and resolve technical, schedule, integration, and execution issues affecting vehicle and ground activities.\nSupport pre-test, test, and post-test activities, including pathfinding, rehearsals, configuration coordination, anomaly resolution, and lessons learned capture.\nAssist with transportation and handling planning for vehicle, subsystem, or associated ground support equipment moves.\nContribute to integrated test readiness and mission support planning for vehicle-level and mated system activities.\nSupport development of operational concepts, console roles, processes, and training material needed to onboard and prepare future operations personnel.\nProvide day-to-day coordination and clear communication across multiple organizations to ensure work remains aligned to program priorities, milestones, and mission objectives.\nGrow into broader responsibilities supporting future operations staffing, certification, and surface mission readiness.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nREQUIRED:\nThis position has been posted at multiple levels (must meet minimum level indicated).
