Throughout our market-leading growth, we've maintained a strong employee satisfaction score of 8.2/10.About the PositionPersistent is looking for a seasoned BFSI Sales professional who will be responsible for identifying and selling to the decision makers including C-Level executives, across both IT and LOBs in enterprises in both new and existing accounts to drive large and strategic deal.This Job might be for you if:Have a successful track record of opening new logos & cultivating existing business as well.Have Demonstrable experience in achieving annual revenue targets.Are able to communicate with and build relationships with senior client stakeholders (CXO, CXO-1,CXO-2 and CXO-3 levels)Possesses strong product / technology / industry knowledge.Strong focus on Client Service excellence.What you'll doIdentify and sell to the decision makers including C-Level executives, across both IT and LOBs in enterprises in both new and existing accountsConsultatively identify requirements and propose solutions to customersCreate and deliver client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiationCustomer solution selling that could include software licenses for Persistent, partner solutions, and servicesBuilding and Managing a strong Sales Pipeline.Anchor client meetings and pursue any opportunities generated with the help of pre-sales, and external partnersProspecting, qualifying and closing deals with new customersCross-selling and Upselling experienceStrong large deal sales skills, particularly in outsourcing and transformation deals.Consultative selling skills.Building and Managing a strong Sales PipelineAnchor client meetings and pursue any opportunities generated with the help of pre-sales, and external partnersWhat you'll bringBA/BS Degree (MBA Preferred)At least 3 years of experience in driving pursuits for large size proposals client relationship management –managing relationships with key client personnel and CxOs within client organization.At least 3 years of experience in reviewing sales plan / pipeline with leadership to ensure target achievement.Navigate account(s) to identify various deals, build internal consensus and priorities opportunities.Strong knowledge of business environment and norms to be able to spot opportunities and ensure conversion to business as per client needs.Knowledge of selling concept, principals & guidelines esp. deal closure, handling objections etc.Understanding of impact of industry trends, competition nuances and offerings, sectoral priorities, relevant regulations etc.Knowledge of value articulation principals including client ROI and appropriate storyboarding techniques.Knowledge of Client context and client engagement guidelines including organizational sensitivities to consistently look for new solutions.Strong focus on Client Service excellence.Competitive salary and benefits packageCulture focused on talent development with quarterly promotion cycles and company-sponsored higher education and certificationsOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technologiesEmployee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awardsInsurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parentsPersistent Ltd. is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
